All manuscripts must be submitted through our online system: [https://qjal.smtc.ac.ir/].

Manuscript Preparation:

• Language: All submissions must be in [English/Persian].
• Structure: Manuscripts should include: Title, Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Methodology, Results, Discussion, Conclusion, and References.
• Formatting: Please use [e.g., APA / Chicago / Harvard] citation style.
• ORCID iD: All authors are strongly encouraged to provide their ORCID iD during the submission process to ensure correct attribution of their work.

Open Access & Copyright:

• The [Administrative Law] is a fully Open Access journal. All articles are freely available to the public immediately upon publication.
• Upon acceptance, authors retain copyright of their work but grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish the work.

Article Processing Charges (APC)

Dear Professors and Researchers,

Pursuant to the resolution passed by the Editorial Board of the [Administrative Law] on May 20, 2026, the following fee structure has been established for article processing:

• Initial Review Fee: 3,000,000 IRR per manuscript. This fee covers the administrative and initial editorial review process.
• Final Acceptance Fee: 7,000,000 IRR per manuscript. This fee is payable upon the final acceptance of the article for publication.

Please note: The Initial Review Fee is non-refundable, even if the manuscript is rejected following the peer-review process.

Payment Procedure:

Once the Editor-in-Chief completes the initial screening and assigns reviewers, the status “Awaiting Review Fee Payment” will be activated in the author’s dashboard. Payments must be made exclusively through the journal’s online electronic payment gateway.
