In the following article, we examine the nature of selective authorities with regard to Article 63 of the Statute of the Court of Administrative Justice (Appeal of Special Administrative References) and Article 64 of the Law (Appeal to the Diagnostic Authorities), and finally We will examine the violations of selection decisions in the judicial branch of the Court of Administrative Justice. }, URL = {http://qjal.smtc.ac.ir/article-1-984-en.html}, eprint = {http://qjal.smtc.ac.ir/article-1-984-en.pdf}, journal = {Administrative Law}, doi = {10.52547/qjal.9.30.57}, year = {2022} }
