| The participation of stakeholders in administrative decision is one of principle of procedural Justice. This fundamental principle or hearing principle ratified in administrative procedures all of developed countries. In constitution of republic Islamic of Iran in part of 8 principle of 3’’ government have duty that peoples to interfere in determination of fate political and social and economical any other fate. Consequently legal system of administrative of Iran in accordance of part of 8 principle of 3 constitution and In article of 20 civil services management act accepted the participation of staff or employees in administrative decisions. But our viewed of right to hearing in administrative Law is to hear stakeholders statements before administrative decisions. This principle is one of characteristics of legal administration. The right of hearing in review judicial and common law have ancient root. This right rest in center of rule of law theory. Decisions to be increased their mentality to work in department. The participation of staff in administrative decisions is one of elements of legal administration. |
