In the structure of jurisdiction and proceedings in the Court of Administrative Justice, the proceedings and jurisdiction are separated in the branches and the general board, on the basis that complaints against case decisions are handled in the court's branches and complaints against general decisions are handled in the general board, but in many cases of the subject It is the place of challenge. The more important challenge is about the cases in which a complaint has been filed against a case decision, but the general board of the Court of Administrative Justice has considered itself competent to handle the case and has heard the matter and issued a verdict.
