One of the basic strategies of the organization is to consider human power as an important capital in the organization and planning to attract, maintain and improve the capacities of human resources. For this, employee welfare policies must be properly designed and implemented so that employees can spend their maximum effort and energy to achieve organizational goals without any worries. The purpose of employee welfare programs is to perform practices to maintain the physical, emotional and mental health of employees. The purpose of the current research is to identify the attitudinal and behavioral consequences of employee welfare policies with a meta-analysis approach. This research is practical in terms of purpose and quantitative in terms of analysis and type of data. The studied population includes scientific-research articles from 2008 to 2022, of which 70 studies were selected as a statistical sample using a non-random sampling method. Statistical samples were analyzed using CMA2 software. The findings of the research showed that among the attitudinal and behavioral consequences of welfare policies, the variables of employee performance (0.705), job satisfaction (0.517), employee retention (0.542), job motivation (0.492), attachment Job (0.412) and commitment organization (0.316) have the largest effect size.
