The nature and effects of the service commitment letter of employed volunteers

Employment relations resulting from various types of contracts and methods of recruiting people in organizations have been generally examined in administrative law. In administrative law, civil service management law and national employment law are often considered, and in labor law, labor and social security laws are considered, in which mandatory rules play an important role. It is a late time when the importance of scientific ability and efficiency of personnel has been prioritized for public and private organizations and companies, and as a result, the selection of elite and loyal specialists has been prioritized; Therefore, the service commitment letter was created as a tool to get as close as possible to these important priorities, and specifically for specialized organizations and companies, sometimes from the beginning of accepting students and being trained in certain universities, and in some cases after accepting candidates in an employment test from At the time of starting the internship, the signing of the commitment to serve for a certain period with the determination of the performance guarantee is one of the conditions for the final acceptance of the applicants, and this commitment is registered in writing and officially. Now the question is, what is the nature of the service commitment document? Is a commitment document only with an obligee, which is an organization or a company, as the case may be? Or is it a two-way commitment based on the will of both parties? Is it a contract or an agreement? Knowing this nature and subsequently its effects, based on the real nature that must be discovered, can be effective on the rights and duties of the parties, job security and judgment in disputes. In order to answer such questions in this article, using descriptive analytical method, using library resources, taking into account the atmosphere governing the society and in terms of administrative law, private law and human resource management and then identifiable commonalities, conduct an analysis in the nature , works and other practical aspects of this commitment letter
