The core purpose of judicial review is to protect the rights of the citizenry, in which administrative jurisdiction and administrative courts have the most importance in these proceedings; due to the competence to hear the disputes against the government, such as employment conflicts, which lead to administrative justice eventually. In Iranian legal system, administrative justice court has the primary competence to hear the employment conflicts.to briefly explain, public employment's entrance system has a thick legal framework and long-lasting selection's process which includes many criterions, but the most controversial matter is the assessments of the nominees in terms of religious commitments from selection committees. Selection's principles and procedures, which are mainly based on fidelity to religion, mostly violate the right to public employment. Administrative justice court that has the power to review the selection committee's decisions can protect the employment rights of the citizenry, which has done it correctly so far.
